The best advice for sports photography I've heard is to focus on taking one great photo instead of 100 good photos.

I have always admired the ability of a good sports photographer to capture the essence and sense of occasion of sport.

How did I get here?

I've had a long appreciation of good photography, particularly sports photography.When my son was playing rugby in high school, I decided to finally scratch the itch, buy a camera and capture the season. From there I have continued to work on my craft and build my portfolio by photographing various sports and community events
